You can now form a corporation through the same simple intake as a Texas LLC, in Texas, any other state or DC. You only see the questions your state asks, state fees show up before you pay, and the corporation gets the same compliance and renewal tracking as an LLC.

Lone Star LLC Attorney is our Texas brand: Texas LLC formation, registered agent service and compliance, run from a staffed office at 1800 St. James Place in Houston. Add a Virtual Office and that address is yours to use too. It's a real office building, not a P.O. box.
Formed your company somewhere else? Moving the registered agent to us takes a few steps. You can pick up a paid switch where you left off from your companies list, and each switch shows its own status, so you always know where it stands. Corporations can switch too.
If you've bought from us before, each company you switch gets 4 months free on its subscription, applied automatically at checkout. The credit covers the subscription only; the one-time switch fee and any state fees still apply. After the free months, the subscription renews at its regular price.
Own rental property? You can now apply for a Baselane account while you set up your company and follow the application on your Company Overview page. Baselane gives each property or company its own account, collects rent online and keeps the books organized automatically.

Work with an accounting or law firm? Firms in our Advantage Partner program now have their own partner platform. They sign in with single sign-on, add their team, send referral links and intake pages with the firm's logo, prepare a cart for a client or pay on the client's behalf, and track every referral on one dashboard.
Paying for more than one company on the same card? We now combine those monthly subscriptions into one payment. That's fewer lines on your statement, and one payment is more likely to go through the first time.
